WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We primarily target North America, Canada & Europe for non-business customers.
If you're a business customer we ship world-wide.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

Unless the goods were damaged during shipping or is in some other way faulty out of the box we don't provide refunds.
This is because sweets, candy and chocolate are considered consumable goods and we wouldn't be able to verify that the candy hasn't been tampered with.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

UPS Express – 1-2 working days of processing then 2-3 days shipping.
UPS Standard – 1-2 working days of processing then 4-5 days shipping.

WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When placing an order, you'll receive a confirmation mail followed by an email from UPS with your tracking number when the parcel is picked up by UPS.

WILL THERE APPLY TAXES TO MY ORDER? (EU COUNTRIES)

If you order within European union we will apply Swedish VAT which is included in the price you see on the website.

WILL THERE APPLY TAXES TO MY ORDER? (NON-EU COUNTRIES)

The price you see is without any taxes. Check with your local government about any taxes or fees you might owe.
